A mentor\u00e1l\u00e1si folyamat v\u00e9g\u00e9re a mentor\u00e1lt kkv-knak el kell k\u00e9sz\u00edtenie egy exporttervet, amit a mentorok j\u00f3v\u00e1hagynak \u00e9s a k\u00fcls\u0151 tan\u00e1csad\u00f3k ki\u00e9rt\u00e9kelnek, majd szem\u00e9lyesen egyeztetnek a mentor\u00e1ltakkal.
